Bob Vranizan, Principal
Bob Vranizan has been licensed as a general contractor since 1983. As the founder of V and Company, Bob’s primary focus is on ensuring each project is built to the highest degree of quality and that every client receives the utmost degree of service. This dedication has resulted in a solid track record of satisfied clients.
With more than 35 years of experience, Bob is recognized by clients, architects and engineers alike as a trustworthy, skilled and knowledgeable partner on each and every residential project he works on. Additionally, Bob’s background in design and fine arts provides him a high degree of design sensibility, allowing him to successfully turn architectural visions into realities.
When each project is finished, it is more than simply complete. It is a work of art.
Prior to V and Company, Bob worked for a Bay Area general contractor on residential and commercial projects. Hands-on in not just the figurative but also the literal sense, Bob started his career as a cabinetmaker, designing and building custom furniture.
Bob is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), a Certified Green Professional of Build It Green, and an American Institute of Architects (AIA) Associate member.
Jorge Mora, Lead Supervisor
Jorge Mora has been a member of V and Company since 1998. Jorge is known for his conscientious approach, work ethic and carpentry skills that rival those of furniture makers. He has led million dollar home remodels and loves every aspect of construction. A family man, Jorge enjoys spending his time off with his wife and three children.
Rebecca Lau, Office Manager
Rebecca joined V and Company in 2007 and is responsible for helping Bob manage the employees, business financials and general operations of the firm. Before joining V and Company, Rebecca worked as a bank manager for 10 years. Rebecca likes traveling and shopping. Rebecca and her husband both really enjoy traveling.
Julian Lau, Production Assistant
Julian utilizes his project management background as well as his extensive knowledge of hardware and software to ensure our in-house systems run smoothly. Prior to V and Company, Julian worked as a network administrator, and independent IT contractor, as well as a systems administrator throughout Silicon Valley. In addition to being bilingual in English and Cantonese, Julian is Microsoft MCP certified, a member of the Business and Technology Education Council in the United Kingdom, and has a Bachelor of Science from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
