Buena Vista Heights

V and Company entirely remodeled this 6000 sf residence from top to bottom. The new portico we built creates an inviting feel and pays homage to the 19th century Queen Anne architectural revival. The ground floor level was lowered, and we installed a new kitchen and baths, an elevator and structural steel to support the newly designed open floors plans on all four levels. Furthermore, in-slab radiant heat systems and modern electrical and plumbing were introduced to each floor. For the pièce de résistance, we turned the unused attic into a 16’ high feature floor forming a home office, exercise room, bath, steam room, as well as a new roof deck that offers incredible views.
